About the Trainer

Hi, I’m Dale Turnbull, an Englishman living in Montreal, Canada. I help people create meaningful change through training, coaching, and mentoring in Metaphors of Movement. My aim is simple: to open up new possibilities for both clients and therapists by exploring how change really works.

I spent 12 years in the corporate world as a Learning and Development Consultant, and in this course, I combine that business experience with my expertise in change work. I began my journey through Neuro-Linguistic Programming (NLP), learning directly from its creators, John Grinder and Richard Bandler. That experience sparked a fascination with what truly makes a difference in change work.
