MoM Video - Explanation (2)

Back
  • There's no turning back from this situation.
  • You can't retreat.
  • The way back is blocked.
  • You can't see what's in the background of any of this.
  • There is a barrier behind you; in fact, more than one.
Right
  • What's to your right isn't necessarily the most pleasant path to take.
  • You could really get bogged down in what's right.
  • What’s right could end up complicating your steps.
  • However, if you keep moving in the right direction, you could clear things up. You might come clean.
  • But at the same time, you could be swept out to sea.
  • A marsh or a bog is quite natural.
What’s right can be quite saturated.
  • If you put a foot wrong, you might sink in and dirty your steps.
  • What’s right could end up being a bit messy.
Left
  • What’s left for you isn’t necessarily bright; in fact, much of it is quite dark.
  • There is some light, though—hundreds of thousands of miles away, but still a hint of illumination.
  • Left is quite the opposite of what’s right.
  • What’s right has a certain flow, at least in the long run, while what’s left is pretty dry and barren.
  • There’s not much left when you look at it realistically.
  • You could explore what’s left, but it would be quite desolate.
Front
  • You’re actually looking forward to going over the edge.
  • Some people like to get to the edge and be a bit edgy.
  • Some people like to jump off.
  • Some people really want to experience having no support.
  • But it could end up being a huge letdown.
  • If you get to the bottom of this, it seems quite natural.
  • There is a flow to it, but you’d need to step over the edge to get there.
  • Let’s face it: it is beneath you.
  • Going over the edge could be the end of you, or at least the end of you in this situation.
Post-Direction Idioms
  • The background to this is probably warmer than you thought.

  • It’s also a little irritating when you connect with it.

  • If you take a step in the right direction, you might find yourself sinking into it.

  • It could be a bit of a letdown.

  • There is some chance to reflect on what is the right thing.

  • What’s left brings up some emotions.

  • Maybe what’s left is worth shedding some tears over.

  • What’s stopping you is that as you progress, you’re on edge and might feel wobbly.

  • Some might say you potentially doubt yourself. Being wobbly means you’re unsure of the support you're getting.

  • You’d be right because the next step forward could take you over the edge.

  • It could be a letdown.

  • If you take more than one step forward, you might let yourself down quite a bit, so it’s understandable that you’re feeling wobbly.
